
JIU-JITSU Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) This class is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Gi (kimono.) This class is great for the beginner and will introduce the student to the sport of Jiu-Jitsu. There will be an emphasis on the fundamentals, takedowns, positions, sweeps, and submissions. Class will have warm-ups, stretching, conditioning, technique, and sparring (rolling). Combat Jiu-Jitsu (No Gi) Combat Jiu-Jitsu is No Gi grappling. The class will develop No Gi fundamentals such as positions, sweeps, submissions, and takedowns. This class is for any student, beginning to advanced, whether you are in it for the challenge of the sport, fitness & strength, or to increase your grappling skills.
