
STRIKING/MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS Muay Thai Fundamentals This class is for all practitioners beginner to advanced, seeking the development of Muay Thai fundamentals for practical or competitive application. Emphasis will be on the fundamentals of punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing. Training will be at an accelerated pace on the bags, mitts, and pads with additional time spent drilling techniques to ensure each student is able to get the proper reps. This will ensure the developement of muscle memory, which is key to every student's progression in the sport. Balance, foot work, and core training will all be benefits of training Muay Thai. |
